Clients receive our Client Privacy Notice, presented in the federal Model Privacy Form format, when they open an account and whenever we make a material change to our practices. This Privacy Policy describes the same privacy commitments and adds items specific to this website.

If an incident occurs involving your sensitive customer information, we will notify you as soon as practicable and no later than 30 days after becoming aware of it, as required by SEC Regulation S-P.

This includes disclosures to nonaffiliated service providers that make our work possible, such as custodians, customer relationship management systems, secure document storage, and financial planning, reporting, and tax analysis providers. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with nonaffiliated third parties so they can market their products to you. The only sharing you can limit is described in the next section.

Where your representative is also registered with a broker-dealer, information may be shared with that broker-dealer to the extent required for its supervision of your representative. This does not apply to clients of fee-only representatives.

If Your Representative Leaves NWMG

If your representative departs from NWMG and joins another firm, your representative is permitted to take a copy of your information and to share it with a new firm as needed to solicit you to conduct business with the new firm and to be able to service your account at the new firm. To opt out of this sharing, call us at 1-844-400-NWMG (6964) and ask for the Chief Compliance Officer, or send a written notice to: NWMG Chief Compliance Officer, 11260 Chester Road, Suite 250, Cincinnati, OH 45246.

Opting out requires your affirmative request through one of the methods above; it does not happen automatically. This sharing will not begin for your account until at least 30 days after you have received notice of this policy, so you have a reasonable opportunity to opt out first.

AI Chatbot Privacy Notice

Our website chatbot is operated using one or more third-party artificial intelligence service providers. Your interactions with the chatbot may be processed by those providers and are subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance or content of third-party services. Do not share sensitive personal information, such as account, financial, or health details, through the chatbot, as we cannot guarantee its security.

Assignment

NWMG may assign this Privacy Policy and related information in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of all or substantially all of its assets.
